2. After agreeing to proceed with an in-office consultation, you will receive an email with a link to access the patient portal. Here you can easily and confidentially sign and complete  required paperwork before our first visit.  This saves time during our visit and allows us to maximize the time we do have together.

3.  Prior to your appointment, I will send you an appointment reminder.  On the day of your appointment please arrive on time and give yourself enough time to find parking  (nearby street parking, metered parking, or garaged parking are available)
